Rescue Johor 1 Standing Up to Fight Injustice Perspective from the Justice Group 马来西亚创价学会高层干部的腐败 拯救柔佛州1 :奋起对抗不公正 柔佛正义组观点 According to the information gathered from various websites, the whole debacle began with the Johor incident in 2014 and 2015 within Johor Soka Gakkai Malaysia. This incident saw shocking allegations of fund misappropriation and potential corruption by TKH, the State Chief of Johor. MISAPPROPRIATION OF FUND An outrageous amount of MYR$27.9 million was squandered on antiques over the years. Strangely enough, these alleged antiques have remained hidden from public view, with the excuse that they are securely locked away in an exclusive room at Cheras Kaikan, equipped with round-the-clock air conditioning. The sincere and hard-earned contributions generously donated by members were carelessly funneled into purchasing antiquities that serve no purpose in advancing kosen-rufu. Meanwhile, kosen-rufu in Malaysia has languished for the past decade, witnessing no substantial growth in propagation. STANDING UP FOR JUSTICE A group of esteemed Johor leaders courageously brought these matters to the attention of the top leaders in SGM HQ in Kuala Lumpur. Rather than creating a massive uproar, the Johor leaders, mindful of the potential negative impact on our members' faith and practice, opted for closed-door dialogues with SGM leaders in KL in order to safeguard the interests of SGM. However, instead of launching a proper investigation, the response from the higher-ups was a barrage of official memos, baselessly accusing the Johor leaders of sowing discord by daring to ask questions and not blindly adhering to the General Director's directives. These Johor leaders were accused of being the three obstacles and four devils obstructing the flow of kosen-rufu. AUTHORITARIANISM AND DICTATORSHIP The high-handed and destructive manner that the top leaders in SGM handled the situation destroyed the harmony and unity within the organization. Eventually, CJH was removed from the position of the State Chairman of Johor by the top leaders due to the overwhelm outcry. Yet astonishingly, he still retains his position as the Vice MD Chief for SGM! In November 2015, driven by a lust for power, the General Director handpicked six top leaders, his cronies, to form the Executive Central Committee in SGM, thereby amassing absolute control. In the same month, numerous leaders across all four divisions who had voiced legitimate concerns about the Johor incident were unceremoniously demoted from their positions and replaced. These individuals were maliciously labeled as troublemakers, accused of slandering the Law. TERMINATION LETTERS During a leaders meeting in May 2016, some top leaders brazenly declared that failure to follow the General Director equated to a failure to practice Nichiren Buddhism. In that same month, termination letters were ruthlessly dispatched to ten Region and Honbu leaders in Johor, callously stripping them of their leadership titles. Additionally, a Vice General Director in KL who had shown support for the Johor leaders was also callously terminated. CONCLUSION In a faith organization, the shocking and bewildering actions of authoritarian top leaders seems unthinkable. Yet, the reality is, if top leaders succumb to ones’ fundamental darkness and forsake the vow of advancing in the shared path of mentor and disciples, they will descend the slope into the valleys and bring together with them the downfall of the whole organization. The repercussions of these authoritarian tendencies reverberate throughout the organization, leaving members questioning their allegiance amidst the chaos. 马来西亚创价学会高层干部的腐败
拯救柔佛州1 :奋起对抗不公正 柔佛正义组观点 根据从网站收集到的质料,整个柔佛事件始于2014年和2015年,发生在柔佛创价学会。事件的根本原因是来自一个柔佛最高领导人-- 该州的主席,因不当处理资金与过去潜在腐败的指控而被挖出来的。 挪用资金 多年来,马来西亚创价学会在古董物品上用了马币$2790万的巨额资金。奇怪的是,这些所谓的古董一直在公众的视线之外,据说被锁在蕉赖会馆(马来西亚,雪兰莪) ,一间配备24小时空调的密室里。会员们慷慨真诚供养的血汗钱,不经意地被用于购买这些对推进广宣流布毫无意义的文物。与此同时,过去十年来,马来西亚的广宣流布已步入停滞的情况。 宣章正义 一群柔佛的同志勇敢地对吉隆坡的高层干部提出此事。柔佛州的同志明白此行为将会对会友在信心和实践佛法的道路上带来负面的影响,他们选择和吉隆坡创价学会的干部进行了闭门式的对话。 但是,高级干部不但没有采取适当的行动调查此事,反而发出备忘录指控柔佛州的同志对柔佛事件发问问题制造不和谐与不盲目遵守理事长的指导,是阻碍广布的三障四魔。 威权主义和独裁 SGM高级干部处理此事的霸道方式破坏了组织的和谐与团结。 令人惊讶的是,高级干部虽正视了柔佛州主席,CJH不当处理资金的事件,并辞去了他柔佛的职位,他仍然保留了在创价学会总理事会的副壮年部长的职位! 2015年11月,理事长演巩固了政权,挑选了六位高层领导人,他的亲信,建立了中央常务委员会。同月,对柔佛事件发问问题以及寻求答案的多名干部也被降职与取代。他们被贴上“自造麻烦”的代号并且被视为不能澄清自身清白的谤法者 。 解雇信 在2016年5月的一次干事会上,高层干部宣称不遵循理事长的指示就等于不修行日莲佛法。 在同一个月,学会一举开除在柔佛州的十名干部。此外,吉隆坡的副理事长因发问太多的问题而被开除了。 结论 在一个信心组织中,独裁主意的高层干部的此行为何其令人震惊和困惑。然而,如果高层干部屈服于自身的无名,违背了师弟不二之道的誓愿,他们与他们带领的学会将一起陷入谷底。独裁的影响将扩散到整个组织,造成组织于会员的混乱。
